Sehr schönes Addon. Ich fliege selbst aktiv in Aschaffenburg. Leider gibt es Probleme mit SU9. Ich sehe dunkle Felder am Boden die nur sukzessive durch korrekte Darstellungen ersetzt werden. Auch die Darstellung des Grases ist sein SU9 nicht mehr schön. Woran dies liegt kann ich nicht sagen. Hätte es so gerne wieder wie es vorher war.

War eine Weile nicht mehr hier. Es ist alles wieder in Ordnung. Auch mit SU10 Beta. Am Turm steht noch Piste 29, aber jetzt ist es die 26 ;-)

Heute mit der C152 (jplogistics) VFR von EDDR mit Zwischenlandung in Michelstadt bei Livewetter hierher nach EDFC geflogen und auf dem Flugplatz rumspaziert. Schöner Flug und wirklich sehr gelungener Flugplatz mit vielen hübschen Detais.
Wenn die Luftbildreste auf dem Boden unter einigen Flugzeugen weg wären, gäbe es 6 Sterne; aber auch so sehr lohnendes Flugziel. Werde sicher wieder mal vorbeikommen.

Hallo,
vielen Dank :-). Ja die Luftbilder haben sich mit Update 6 bzgl. Auflösung zwar verbessert, aber in Sachen Eignung als Bodentextur (anscheinend sehr trockener Sommer und Flugzeuge nicht wie vorher unsichtbar gemacht) leider verschlechtert. Vielleicht werde ich mal versuchen andere Bodentexturen darüberzulegen. Bzgl der Details kam mir zu Gute, dass ich auch sehr oft im richtigen Leben dort Motorflug betreibe und viele Ecken des Platzes ganz gut kenne. Der letzte Schritt zur Perfektion wären natürlich noch handgebaute detailgetreue Gebäude, aber dazu fehlt mir das Fachwissen und die Zeit. Vielleicht erbarmt sich ja mal einer ;-)

Is this Airport kompatible for the World-Update 6 D-A-CH?

Hey,
yes, it's compatible with World-Update 6. But the change of the ground textures causes different problems with object positions and missing vegetation.
I am working on that in this week and there will be a 1.3 Update

Really idyllic, this airfield. I clearly see the attention to detail. A stopover is really fun here.
