    Description

    Due to some chnages in my personal life, I no longer have time to create and maintain my GSX profiles! There will be no more updates for my work.

    If you want to update my work, please feel free to do so. I kindly ask that you give me some credit if you upload your iterations of my work. Thank you.

    This is my GSX-Profile for Asobos EDDS.

    All major positions are modeled. 

    The custom de-ice pads are missing ground markings! To position correctly turn 90 degrees from the ground marker and stop approximately in the middle between N and S.

    This is NOT the real-world procedure, but that is not possible with the current version of the scenery and GSX

    What’s Included?

    ->          Custom vehicle placement

    ->          Custom pushback positioning and naming (Done with the Vatsim AIP Chart. You can find it >>>here<<< )

    ->          VDGS placement where it is needed

    ->          working de-ice pads 

    How to install?

    Simply place the provided .ini file into %appdata%/virtuali/GSX/MSFS

    -          If any problems arise have a look at the install guide provided with the profile.

    For an easy and convenient alternative, you can use the profile installer by FatGingerHead and smatthew. Found >>>here<<<

    How to report a problem?

    If you have a problem with the installation or there is something wrong with the profile, please let me know either here or on our Community Discord. I will make sure to help in any way I can.

    If you know more about the ground operations, I am trying to replicate, please let me know so I can improve my work and bring you the best possible profile.

    Great Profile. But the VDGS are missing for me (gate 15). How can I fix it

    Is it possible that the GSX profile is not optimized for SU18 yet? Jetways stop far away from the aircraft position so passengers cannot board / deboard.
    Beside that issue: supply vehicles driving over the real roads to the aircraft looks great.

    I cant do anything about jetways and their connection. Jetways are not even handled by GSX, but by asobo only

    I stumbled over this today. Enable the Jetways for EDDS in the FSDT Live Update Tool and you're good to go.

    Just tried it. At gate 11 I see people walking in the air, high above the sky bridges. Latest Asobo EDDS, MSFS and GSX.
    BTW: The sat image when choosing departure gate at start didn't show airport at all, just land. But the gate spots were available for selection.

    Turning Bing imagery off and back on in Generel settings solved the issue of the sat image in World Map not showing the airport. Clearing or disabling rolling cache, removing add ons etc did not solve it. Not until turning Bing off and back on. Interesting.
    Update: Perhaps a conflict with https://flightsim.to/file/21629/edds-runway-slope-and-ils-fix, even though it reports a fix for WU18.

    not sure if its just me but with the fenix a320 the skybrdige somehow doesnt move to 1L at Gate 15.
    Did the update maybe break the profile a bit?

    Jetway connections are very much up to MSFS and not GSX related so very little I can do to prevent that
