    Description

    Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife) based on Google Maps photogrammetry.

    This is part of multiple packages that cover Tenerife photogrammetry. I recommend using them together, here is a list of them:

    Sceneries on Tenerife
    - Santa Cruz de Tenerife area - GCXO Approach RW 30
    - Tegueste and Tacoronte area - GCXO Approach RW 12
    - Puerto de la Cruz area

     

    Install

    1. It's recommended to use a better DEM to improve blending with default scenery. I recommend installing Mikeaat 20M DEM for Canary Islands. Also, you can use Taburet 5M DEM if you want as it's compatible (payware).

    2. Download both files and unzip both on same folder (use "Extract here" on 7-zip). Second zip has the textures, so if you don't do this right the scenery will look pink or white.

    Unless I'm missing something it seems to be missing the texture folder in the scenery/ezro file (at least on my download). Great work on the other areas.

    Follow install instructions please. This happens when you don't download the second zip or it's incorrectly extracted

    I have the same problem, but I cannot find a second zip-file, as you described. What else can I do?

    I have found the solution. When you click on Download, a small window opens where you can choose whether you want to download the main file or other files. There you can then select part 2. That was not clear to me. A little hint in the description might be helpful.

    I have noticed after flying Puerto de la Crus that there is a hole in the scenery. Just north of Loro-park/Punta Brava and the hill above . It showes the original scenery under this one. Is it possible to repair?
