First of all, keep in mind this mod was designed to be used alongside with the "must have" Bijan's Seasons enhanced 2024 (payware). You can try without it (it shouldn't be worse than default) but certain features won't work correctly.

Please note that this is a work in progress. This first version focuses on two famous greek islands and airports :

• LGSM, Samos island (compatible with Terrainy Studio LGSM payware)
• LGSK, Skiathos island (compatible with Orbx LGSK payware)

Coming in next updates :

• Corfu island
• Athens surroundings

Extract both "zzz-croixpaille-samos-landscape-enhancement" and "zzz-croixpaille-skiathos-landscape-enhancement" in your MSFS 2024 Community folder (the zzz prefix should allow this scenery to load after any other mod for the area).

It features :

• Adjusted mediterranean vegetation biomes on the whole islands
• Manually place olive tree and fruit trees plantations
• Manually placed pines, eucalyptus, cypresses, bushes... to add more variety and match real world
• Terrain masking to color correct the aerial images
• Details added in Samos : electric poles, car parked, greenhouses, reduced night lighting, better road texture when used with Terrainy Studio LGSM

Greece landscape enhancement (better with Bijan's seasons 2024)

This add-on improves the landscape of two popular Greek islands, Samos and Skiathos, by enhancing vegetation and terrain details. Specifically designed to be used with Bijans Seasons 2024, it features adjusted Mediterranean biomes, placement of olive and fruit tree plantations, and additional landscape elements for a more realistic environment. While the mod can be used independently, some features may not function correctly without the recommended season mod. Future updates are planned to include additional locations such as Corfu and the Athens area.
