This scenery is specially made for the MSFS 2020 Youtuber AvAngel , she's one of the few MSFS 2020 youtubers I follow as she reviews 3rd party add on aircraft for MSFS 2020 and has saved me a few dollars due to her reviews, this is her fictional pvt lodge and home away from home in canada close to one of her favourite airports (Bella Coola - CYBD) to fly out of, a few minutes through the canyons and you are there. Airport code is: AVA1

Your are more than welcome to stay and campout or rent a room for the night in the main lodge, but please leave the surroundings neat and tidy when you leave...there some amenaties:

-a dock
-2 x hangars
-beautiful fauna
-2 x snow mobiles for the winter months
-horse trailer for the summer time
-a camper van for those who dont have camping gear and dont wanna stay in the lodge.
-an avgas and Jet A1 station (only at the main lodge hangar)
-3 x beehives at the main house
-2 runway starts, and 3 parking spots, 1 on water and the other 2 are in front of the hangars
-and lots of other eye candy

Some NOTAMS:

-watch your approaches for treelines
-the lake is small BUT you need to land VERY short and @  the lowest full flap operating speed for landing in order to stop in time , Takeoff , depending on aircraft might be tricky
-Small to medium sized aircraft only, its a grass strip so plan accordingly

I did not create these models, and a big thank you to the 3D artists that made these models available for us to use for free! you will find a .txt (required libraries) file with all the links to them on flightsim.to, if you have downloaded some of my previous sceneries, you should be ok, but just double check.

Installation:

Just unzip into your community folder, or if you use addons linker just link it from wherever you have installed your scenery.

To have MSFS 2020 Premium will be advantageous, I have premium, but there is no way for me to distinguish what models are only available in the standard version, 
but I try my best to accomodate for those that dont have MSFS 2020 Premium. 

Very Important: You need to have the following libraries for the sceneries to display correctly see included .txt (required libraries) file , I know its alot and a big schlep, but believe me it will be worth it, be sure to check back on them for updates.
