The aircraft carrier will not be displayed unless you copy the onestore / asobo-landingchallenge-carrier folder from MSFS2020.
Kinetic Assistant does not work, but you can launch from Catapult with the following tool.

This scenery places Aircraft Carriers and LHDs near Japanese Air bases ( 11 locations ).

( Known issues )
If you select an aircraft carrier and then reselect another nearby aircraft carrier from the world map, the escort ships may not appear.

I've heard that the arresting wire on the FS2020 carrier doesn't work, in which case you can use "Kinetic Assistant" to stop the aircraft. ( Even for aircraft without arresting hooks )
