Bhuntar (Kullu–Manali) Airport is one of the most challenging airport of India, located at Parvati Valley near Reo Purgyil, with about 100km distance from the west of the border between China and India. The runway of the airport only allow entry or exit from the south end, where takeoff from Runway 16 only and landing into Runway 34 only. There are only 2 parking bays which could accommodate ATR72 at most.
Navigation:
- Radio based: fly towards "BNR" NDB at 11000ft from "KNG" VOR or "CHG" VOR. After passing the NDB, turn south and descend visually along the valley until about 7000ft, then make a u-turn and fly straight towards Runway 34.
- GPS based: fly towards the airport from waypoint "PEGMA" along airway W39 at 12000ft. Start to descend visually when you are about 20NM from the airport.
To-dos:
- Old terminal

Splendid recreation of the airport. It is one of the most challenging and exciting approaches for turboprops in the world and you have done justice to it by creating this fascinating rendition. Keep the amazing work up, I'm ever grateful to you for these sceneries.
