The first time you run the app, MSFS MUST be closed. This is so scenery files can be linked to your community folder!
If you have model update problems, please try closing the app and then running again as an admin. This seems to mainly be an issue with how the app interacts with Win 11 and me not having Win 11 to test against!
For Coastguard operations you WILL need GAISTv2 AND a water license!
This update integrates with the HPG Action Pack (EMS / HEMS build >=278 only) and puts the mission on the in-aircraft tablet using the mission server feature. Full instructions are in the HErO app after you have selected a HEMS mission for HPG Action Pack users only.
We have created a custom incident generation system. Our app will randomly generate incidents for you to fly your team to. As is the nature with emergency work, you won’t know where you are likely to go until the job comes in!

When in flight, don't forget to 'toggle' your co-pilot on for directions and off for pure silence!
The app is currently limited to the UK and you can start from any authorised base as shown in the map accessible from the main menu. For helipads we'd reccomend UK Major Trauma Hospital Helipads Support Project as a good starting point! There are loads more scenery and livery recommendations over on our Discord channel.

doesn't work with Sim Update 10, i would like good flight on yesterday evening ... sometimes shit happens - doesn't work after Sim World Update. Please repair this great Application! thx!

Loving this and can see myself getting hooked on flying missions. A lot of work has goine into this and am enjoying having something different and innovative for the sim. Would like to purchase a water license but the server doesn't seem to be working just now

Hey, sorry you've had a problem. Can you try deleting your settings.ini file and trying again? Maybe worth downloading this latest update too.

I try to use it at least once a month to get a HEMS fix!!
Just a suggestion... I use another couple of add-ons by Mamu Design for power lines, solar farms and chair lifts. The power lines are particularly relevant in the UK. Perhaps you can include it as a recommended addon.

Suddenly started getting an error message .......disconnected from CAD when loading the ACARS. Will not load and then just quits. Any ideas?

I just have a question here : How do I do to download Bielefeld ?
It does not seem to be in the package Uk major... and I don't find it anywhere on Flightsim.to.

Hi, I've got the answer by myself, going on discord. The Bielefeld scenery is not available for now and, in any case, it wouldn't be useful since the Hero app is still limited to the UK. The developpers say that it will expand outside the UK. So we just have to be patient. I will keep on enjoying the beautiful sceneries and weather of the Great Britain !!
