MSFS2024 compatibility: Tested this addon (incl. the two 'dependencies') and all looked well. Even the birds were there!

UPDATE v2.0

• Courtesy and generosity of Raimondo Taburet this update brings his animated birds into the scenery, mostly seagulls, but also geese, crows, pigeons and high above some birds of prey. Birds are all around, but if you search for them, look for an anchored ship. Seagulls like the fishy smell of old sailships.
• 2 new historic sailships in hoisted and furled sails versions. Not more sailships in number, but greater variety.

There is the «real» French Polynesia with Bora Bora island - being the well known holiday destination. But besides that there's also a fantasy or 'Hollywood' version of it in our minds, created mainly by a number of «Mutiny on the Bounty" movies, most notably the one starring Marlon Brando. 
THIS ADDON SERVES THAT. With all the liberties needed. You'll see:

• half a dozen of historic sailships (the Bounty, of course, is among them, as well as a Pirate ship), most in a hoisted sails and a furled sails version
• more than a dozen of wooden shipwrecks displayed in the surf of the beaches
• birds, lots of birds; mostly seagulls, but also geese, crows, pigeons and high above some birds of prey

Most of the wrecks are located at 3 hotspots on the rim's outer coastlines, namely along the NTTB runway and at the eastern and southern tip of the rim. In order to make the shipwrecks on the beach visible from the runway I exchanged the bushes with palms. These are assets from the Oceania WU with MS' NTTB and NTTM airports - which you should have installed anyway when you visit this part of the world.

Shiproutes and birds include the small nearby atoll of Tupai with NTTU airstrip.

DEPENDENCIES
You'l notice that the file is very small. That is because all assets are in previous uploads of mine. So you absolutely need (latest versions):

• Sailships 3D Model Library (SimObjects)
• Scilly sailships & shipwrecks

As always crank up MEAN GROUND LEVEL wind layer to 5-20. It helps a lot to make objects merged in water look a little more natural.
