V 1.2: Re-made for World Update 13 compatibility.
This is a complete revamp of the vegetation on Bora Bora. I never released this file because it was just kind of my own mod I used with boats in the lagoon but now that we have helicopters it may be of service to others. I have been to Bora Bora in real life few times and the problem I had is that there wern't enough trees to be convincing. When you are in the lagoon there should be trees on all the Motus. I also filled in all the bald spots, did some water correction and did my best to hide the missing photo tiles. This adds about 1 million procedurally generated trees to all the island. It is not perfect. The Palm_Tree biome overide unfortunately generates large tall trees every once in a while and there is no way to get rid of them so I painstainkingly did my best to limit them. I did a lot more detail on Motu Mute and did my best to fill in the towns with vegetation. I used a combo of Date_Tree and Palm_Tree. I did my best to seperate natural vegetation from coconut tree farms. I think the result is better than default for sure.

I know it's not your fault, but that big "hole" on the top (missing tiles I guess) of the big mountain, the Mont Otemanu, is quite annoying. Probably you can try to add some default rocks (Asobo assets) in that place?.

I know, but they uploaded several files and it's very confusing, people are asking which one is the correct. Will wait for the Asobo patch

Bora Bora French Polynesia Tress mod
Bora Bora mod that uses tree biome override polygons to fill in bald spots and missing satellite data and populate the islands with millions of trees. It is not perfect but it helps with all the strange anomalies found on Bora Bora regarding vegetation.

Changed for compatibility with WU 13. -Gets rid of my work around NTTB Motu Mute. No more jungle on the ramp. -Extensive rework of trees in resort areas. -Adds some areas where there is sharper and greater detail with the photo tiles. -Fixes color corrections made previously with the sand colored tiles. -Added a hundred or so new areas of trees in the towns, look a little more like Bora Bora. -There is an area of trees in the water about 8 motus south of motu mute. That is not my scenery. I cant get rid of it either.
