For parking use Mil Combat spaces for the F-15's and Mil Cargo for the tankers
you will need the free UK 2000 Common Library package from the Marketplace

if you set ground traffic to 0 it will stop civvie aircraft appearing at the military bases

A nice scenery but when using the F15 effect mod, these effects are activated from the parked F15's which is very annoying and unstoppable.

I didn't know there was a mod for the f-15, but i guess that's a mod issue, if i add the mod for the f14 or f35 in every other jet i see has the same thing so i deleted the mods

It's the problem with the effects mod and not this scenery. Should comment to the maker of that mod. I stopped using them since the parked flares effect was annoying.
