    KOQN-Brandywine Airport - Image 2

    Description

Brandywine Airport began in 1939 as West Chester Airport, a grass airfield in the countryside outside of the borough.  In 1947, William B. Wilson purchased the airport. The main runway 9/27 was paved in the 1980's and a new terminal building was constructed. In 1982, the airport was renamed Brandywine Airport. In 1997, a group of pilots formed a non-profit organization to purchase the airport.

This scenery looks excellent, however on my system the main terminal building, helicopter museum, and most of the hangars south of the runway do not appear. I believe I have all of the default USA updates installed. I also have the required Animated Humans and EDHK libraries installed. Do you know if there are other specific dependencies? Thanks.

Good morning...sorry for the problems with the scenery. Make sure your system is up to date with ALL available regions from the marketplace. I will send you a private message with screenshots to show what regions are missing for the museum, terminal and hangars. Let me know if this helps.

Thank you...really had fun recreating the airport..started out as a favor for a friend who fly's out of there and kind of took on a life of its own. Glad you like it.

I've been getting stuttering while taxiing on the ground. I think it may be due to the parked aircraft. Most of them are the fully modeled versions, with full interiors and cockpits. Would you consider swapping them for the "air traffic" versions instead for a future update?

dvlourie this project came out amazing!

Big fan of all of the pole lighting throughout the facility. The hangers look great, placement of buildings and objects are spot on. Animated people are awesome a dvlourie staple! It's something I look forward to with each release, enjoy finding all of the Easter eggs. I can go on and on…Thanks for all the hard free work!
