V1.5 is the same scenery but re-worked to make it compatible with SU7

In response to the request here (HERE) I've created the following to enhance your Mach Loop experience:

• People at The Bwlch, Cad East, Cad West and the Spur
• Tents and flags at the above locations - The Union Flag is animated
• Cars filling the carparks at Cad, The Bwlch and also a few further down at any layby on the A470
• Vegetation keep out zones to remove the overabundance of trees on the Spur, Bwlch and Cad East / west

LIMITATION:-

• I think they're all 1:1 scale... which means with the best will in the world you're not really going to see them in a fast jet! Suggest a slow flying GA or a helicopter to actually see the folks
• Dave's people library is excellent but does not contain any photographers with big lenses, so the folks on the hill are all underdressed for Wales and are using Mk1 eyeballs only.
