Helipad for Briançon hospital
Parking and runway spawn are at the same place, they just give you the choice to whether start the flight with engine on/off
I don't know how to put helipads on top of buildings at the moment (with MSFS vanilla library at least), so the helipad is next to the building where it's supposed to be
