V1.2 - Added north terminal building and connecting walk-way.  Also added more fencing and lighting around the field.

V1.1 - Added additional models including:

  • Airfield Fire station
  • Million Air hanger facility
  • Airport maintenance facility
  • DHL/Atlas Cargo facility
  • Some fencing

Also removed excess foliage around the airport.

V1.0 - Updated scenery package for Ted Stevens International Airport in Anchorage Alaska.  A frequently utilized half way point for cargo operators between North America and Asia, you'll find a plethera of heavy freight dogs lined up on this airport's cargo ramp.  Scenery includes:

  • FEDEX Cargo Facility
  • UPS Cargo Facility
  • Alaska Airlines Cargo Facility
  • Improved night lighting

    Great that PANC finally gets some love. Thanks for your work so far. Could you remove the trees between ryw07L and 07R - also and I think there is far too many tress before the threshold of the same runways - ryw15 as well. Hope your work continues, thanks again.

    Has anyone had troubles with the ILS alignment when landing in an airbus at the default PANC....always has me lined up like the right. Does this fix it?

    Way to go...PANC is one of my favorites so very excited it is getting attention. Thank you!

      I actually haven't landed at PANC yet. So, I'm unaware of any ILS issues and thus, this package does not address them. I'll look into it this weekend.

      Thank you so much for looking into it! I've seen some people note the same problem in the forums but not that many so I'm not sure what is going on when I try. Maybe it is specific to airbus landings. I think RNAV has the same issue...at least on my computer.

      Any chance you'll do the control tower and non-cargo sections? 😊

      By chance, have you detected any problems with A320 ILS/RNAV misalignment?

      Nope, haven't tried yet. I'm totally unfamiliar with the A320, so if I do see an issue, I may question whether it's scenery error or operator error. But I will try with airplanes I am familiar with eventually.

      Thank you! I have a feeling it is aircraft because it says on controls that it is misaligned but it flies there anyway. I can't remember on props, I usually fly manually on them. I'll have to check too. Thank you for this and your SoCal work.

    I'm local to Anchorage. This is a great start as the representation of PANC sucks!! Even worse is Merrill Feild PAMR in downtown and my real world base. If you can touch up PAMR that would be awsome!

      Yeah, you bet. My LONG term plan is to work on all the FED hub airports so that when PMDG gives us their 777F in MSFS2020, we'll be ready to haul. So that would be Oakland, Indy, Cologne and Guangzhou (I'm going to let a payware developer like FlyTampa or FSDT work on Memphis, and we just had a payware Narita release a couple weeks ago... can't remember the developer name right now).
