After further fiddling with St Barts I took a cleansing flight to Saba and realised it was a bit sub par in certain aspects - rocks sticking up at the end of the runway, vegetation in some odd places and on checking the internet it seems there have been quite a few changes there in recent times. 

Thusly here be an upgrade of the Asobo version. 

This builds on top of that so you will need to keep the Asobo TNCS installed. 

What has been done - 

Some changes to the terminal. There's a basic interior now and also in the control tower. The terminal has also been modified with an extra ramp for arriving passengers. Dunno when the ramp was done. Looks like I forgot to add a new restaurant. I'll have to go there in real life for more.

Replaces the ground textures and markings. They also did a major rebuild of all of the surfaces recently and it now looks very different. A helipad has also been added at the end of the apron. The apron has also been cleared of gubbins as that was a right menace. 

Replaces the taxi system. There were two measly spots. Now there are more to reflect reality. Spaces 2 and 3 are for hunky airline pilots. 4 and 5 are for tiddlers. There's a helipad at the end. New taxi signage too. 

Tweaks the elevations as they were a bit weird, joining the apron particularly, and added my own weird ones. 

Adds the new fire station halfway down the runway. There are hardly any clear pics of this so it isn't totally realistic but it sort of does the job. 

Removes rocks and vegetation from the runway 12 end. It looked lovely of course but I'm not sure it would cut it in the real world.  

Adds windsocks in the right place. I couldn't see any? Sheesh. 

Tweaks a few other details here and there along with a handful of static and moving boats.
