ENHD - Haugesund airport, Karmøy
Located on the west coast, a perfect stop on your trip between ENZV and ENBR.
Quick three day project, so don't expect a perfect airport in this version.
What it DOES have:
- Custom buildings (PBR and 4k and all that)
- Flying club hangar
- Bizjet hangar
- Fire station
- Tower
- Terminal
- Custom ground markings and lines
- Some terraforming and vegetation control
- Custom taxi lights (correctly colored at de-ice spot)
- Apron lights
- Correct parking and taxi layout
- More correct approach lighting than default
- Correctly autotuning ILS
- Runway profile
v 0.6.0 fixes:
Fixed taxilights at thresholds
Fixed some paintedline issues
Fixed missing hold short lines
Added missing antennas
Added some vehicles and clutter
Reworked runway profile
Removed grass inside hangar
Examples of what it does NOT have (yet):
Fully custom runway lights and approach lights, highly detailed buildings.

I don't have to spend money on payware airports. All your airports together with your asset pack is really good work.

The large cruise ship that lies at rest outside the airport, is this something that comes with your version or is it another scenery that blends in with me? Now that we have the ability to add AI ships, it would have been good to torpedo this ship to the bottom.

I was supposed to remove that a long time ago, but I must have forgotten to do so if it's still there. I'll check.

Somehow I get a seriously elevated runway using this mod after SU11. Kinda hard getting off the runway...

ENHD in 1.29.28.0 (SU11 release) and 1.29.29.0 (SU11 new beta): Terraforming is still good here. Suspect an addon conflict. If you send me screenshots of the contents of your community folder I may be able to help find the problem.

Scenery is working well unless there are some holes and bumps around the airport. Having the assets pack installed for your airport brings more realism.

Awsome scenery ! with the PMDG 737 it's like so real! and don't touch anything on the ground, as the imperfect surface gives some little wobbles when taxiing, it feels so real. Thank you and congrats

Didn't expect anyone to make such a great freeware scenery for ENHD, considering it's rather small size. Needles to say I think I'll enjoy flying out of my local airport way more, now that it looks so much more realistic!

Hi, of course this is not something you need to do, but I'd really appreciate it. At stand 3 at ENHD there is this weird abomination of a ramp/stair thing. It's basically a ramp that goes from the ground at a slow and steady slope (with a 180 turn) to the door of the aircraft. I suppose the intent is to make it have a jetway feel (and be accessible to wheelchair users) without actually getting a jetway. I was wondering if it might be possible to model this as a jetway? I do have some reference photos if you're interested. They are taken from the hill on the other side of the runway though, so don't expect great quality.
Another thing is that the hangar in front of stand 5 actually has "Hatteland" painted across the door. I wasn't sure whether you decided not to include it since it's technically a corporate logo, or you just weren't aware of it, so I thought I'd mention. I also have some reference photos of that. They are also taken from the other side of the runway, unfortunately.
