La Basilica Cattedrale Metropolitana della Natività della Beata Vergine Maria (Basilique Cathédrale métropolitaine de la Nativité de la Sainte Vierge Marie en français) (ou Duomo di Milano, en italien) est située sur la piazza del Duomo, à Milan, en Italie. Dédiée à la Nativité de Marie (Santa Maria Nascente), elle est le siège de l'archevêque de Milan. La cathédrale a pris près de six siècles à être achevée.
C'est la troisième plus grande église du monde (et la deuxième plus grande cathédrale gothique) après la basilique Saint-Pierre et la cathédrale Notre-Dame du Siège de Séville.
