Sondrio airport is a small regional one. It has 2 hangars, from which 1 is use for HEMS purposes.
Airport is a great start for an Italian Alps trips. Surrounding areas are beautiful! You can find beautiful Lago di Como lake.

Checked settings (power managment, seems Ok); strange - the power stick refuses to go to max and flickers from max to min. ex. an xcub piper won't accelate to take off , but it does without any problem on another airfield. Or is there another setting involved?

I dont know then. Youre the only one so far - so it should be some local problem on your side. Try removing everything from community folder expect for the Sondrio airport. I really sorry for that, but there is no way how I could fix the very specific problem

Why can normal planes not take off (only helicopters); motors do not accelerate, when more power is applied...
