Update 1.1 September 18, 2021 Corrected coordinates for ICAO code 1H03, added windsock on top of hopital building

This scenery uses the photogrammetry version of Bielefeld Mitte releassed in World Update VI
I have added a raised helipad and some helipad lights. I also added lights around the building

I created a fictitious ICAO code for this location. The code is 1H03. This is a STARS airport for easier navigation
