    Description

    Norway's Fjords Part 3 - The Birth

Your job as a charter pilot continues. While in the last part you were booked by a scientist, in this part there is again the very "normal" procedure of transporting passengers and cargo from A to B. But what is "normal". Also in this part there are again some surprises and adventures to pass. In any case, the weather is better these days than on previous flights.

    Specification:

    • The mission consists of 10 legs and covers 299 NM.
    • You will fly a Cessna Skyhawk G1000 Amphibian, which will be constantly loaded and unloaded and of course you will take off and land on water landing fields.
    • The package is multilingual in the languages: English US, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese BR, Russian, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish. The basic language is German. The other languages are machine translated, so there may be errors in the translation. If you have a better translation, please send it to me.
    • In between there is an English voice output (TTS).
    • The GPS is usable but there is no flight route stored. Also there are no usual route descriptions. But the G1000 offers the possibility to enter the next destination airport. Use this kind of navigation.
    • ATC is usable.

    Known problems:

    • The leg does not end at the destination airport.
The first thing to do is to return to the main menu after each leg and then start the next leg. The second problem is the water landing sites. They have only one parking position (apron 0) where you can end the leg. Take a screen shot of the water landing site in question on the world map where you can locate the parking position or use LittleNavmap.
    • After a crash, I have to start the leg from the beginning.
Since SU11, the simulator no longer saves progress in time intervals, but only after a waypoint has been flown over. To avoid having to start over after a crash landing, empty waypoints are inserted - about 10 NM before the next destination. After a crash, the flight is continued at the last waypoint flown over.

    Always safe landings wishes,
    Koschi

Norwegens Fjorde Teil 3 - Die Geburt

Doch was ist schon „normal“.

    Koschi

Please excuse me. I am not Norwegian. But I have been there many times and I am deeply impressed by the country. What would you call the "most famous fjords"?
Maybe I will do another part if you give me some suggestions.
Have you already flown the other parts? There are others.

    Hello Jinsuy,

first of all I would like to apologize to you for not getting in touch for so long. Sometimes I get busy with other things and can't take care of these things.

The first thing you noticed is that the planes are no longer spawning where they were parked. This has been going on for a while and can't be affected by the bush trip. It is a MS/ASOBO problem.

For the further hint I am very grateful to you, because the identifier of the airfield Bjorli was changed from ENBI to ENLB and I did not catch when this happened, probably at the last WU. This can't be working. Soon there will be an update of this bush trips so that it works again.

Amazing, thank you so much, I will get back to the adventure then :D Also, would it be possible to make the same Bush trips but with clear weather at all times?

    Hello Jinsuy,

to change the weather please use the MissionChanger from BuffyGC <https://www.bushtripinjector.de/?smd_process_download=1&download_id=1686>.

You will have to start from the beginning. Once you have changed the weather settings, you have to increase the last number of the main folder "koschi-bushtrip-Nor-Fjords3-00012" by one counter and then restart the simulator.

You really need to do something about the location of the triggers to finnish the routes, this is getting ridiculous.... Why not just have the whole airport area triggered as a parking spot? same with water airports too....

Also, when I arrive at Bjorli it doesn't say that I've completed the route leg, it doesn't even announce my presence there, I've tried all parking spots I can think of and nothing is happening.....

Hey, I love this script that you've made, it's really great! I did however notice a typo in your script, When flying to Bjorli airport you said to type in ENBI, this is wrong, the correct airport code is ENLB :)
