H135 Yorkshire Air Ambulance Helicopter & Nostell Air Support Base Scenery, Wakefield, West Yorkshire
After outgrowing the space at Leeds Bradford Airport in December 2011, they established an airbase on the grounds of Nostell Priory near Wakefield, West Yorkshire which is part of the National Trust.
This file contains a repaint for the Airbus H135 helicopter in the Yorkshire Air Ambulance livery (G-YOAA) & also includes scenery for the Nostell Air Support Unit where the 2 of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance helicopters are based.
The company actually operates Airbus H145 in real life so this livery is a representation and is not exact, but they are a similar model.
- The Nostell Air Support Unit Hangar has been built from scratch and uses PBR texturing
- New signage that has been installed recently is also included with night lighting
- The wind sock has been amended so that it will point in the correct direction (a known bug in MSFS)
- As this did not appear in the default MSFS version I have allocated the ICAO code EG42
I will be revisiting the scenery in the near future and hope to add a custom model of the nearby Nostell Priory House.
INSTALLATION: Simply extract both files in the .zip file into your community folder and restart the sim.

I have just checked the scenery and H135 livery with the very latest update from Hype performance. All seems to be working normally and the scenery loads in SU7. Can you confirm which part is not working for you?

Would it be possible to create emergency scenery and missions alongside your helipads just like ChrisPiAviation did with his Northern Bavarian Helipads. It would add much more 'fly-ability' and fun to your amazing add-on. It adds to the realism and immersion of your air base and area
