    Description

    A faithful remaster of my 2020 version for MSFS 2024.  Brings in latest graphical enhancements for MSFS 2024.  Includes a new 3d cornfield, 3d rocks and vegetation, updated runway textures, fixes to surrounding satellite imagery and much more!

    **Update 2/10**:🚨ATTENTION SayIntentions users🚨; I have published a custom AI Traffic profile for this airport:
    Open TaxiTuner -> ICAO: KHOC -> Select "KHOC MSFS 2024 by EMBCreations" -> Click "Set my default"

    Note: This is a server-side profile and is a WIP.

    3D Custom Buildings (Created in Blender) using reference photos:

    - FBO - 3 Orange Roof hangars - 6th Hangar - Airport Office - Sheds - Power Station 

    3D Custom Objects (Created in Blender) using reference photos:

    – Highland Co. Airport Sign - Airport Office Awning - 6th Hangar fence 

    To Install: 

    2 Options (DO NOT install both):

    With cornfield (MAIN FILE):  This includes the 3d cornfield located immediately to the left of RWY 5 that exists in real life.  

    No cornfield: This alternative option is provided because of the LOD load in of the cornfield that occurs when approaching the airport.  Personally, I feel its load in is very gradual and doesn't affect immersion and the cornfield enhances the experiance, but I understand some may feel otherwise :)  I still STRONGLY encourage trying the "with cornfield" option first to see if the LOD load in is too drastic that it breaks immersion for you.  

    Download the respected file. Unzip the folder and place into your MSFS 2024 community folder and enjoy!

    Inside Parking Guide (below): **note: any aircraft larger than listed for each spot may clip into buildings or objects if you are concerned about immersion* 

    6th hangar:
    Ramp 1-2: Baron or less

    FBO Parking:
    Ramp 3: CJ4 / King Air or less
    Ramp 4: Baron or less

    Open Air Orange Hanger:
    Ramp 5-7: Baron or less

    T-Hangar:
     Ramp 8: C172 or less
     Ramp 9: Bonanza or less

    Large Orange Hangar:
     Ramp 10: King Air / TBM / Caravan or less
     Ramp 11: Baron or less

    Love this one. I used it in one of my videos recently. Thanks so much. With my videos I like to use only freeware and payware scenery and no default scenery.     I'm more of a mountain/coastal type, but these kind of detailed creations bring me to inland as well.

    Such an awesome freeware scenery! I don't typically reply or leave reviews, but felt I was obligated here. It's obvious how much time, effort, and attention to detail was put into developing this for the community. Excellent work and I'll take a look your other work as well!

    Wow this is a great scenery. I love the corn field hehe! Any chance of an FAA spec (all orange) wind sock maybe for the next update?

I decided I will attempt to add it to both airports in a future update (as long as there are no technical issues). Hopefully within a week or so. Thanks!
