    • For developers:
      • This library is under construction during initial release. I will update documentation when 1) tools mature a bit 2) I feel like like the models are done
      • Current status is “not recommended for developers”.
      • See chapter 7 “License” from readme.

    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

    • check download location for latest recommended prerequisites and instructions
    • (always remove old model library package from the Community-folder, if installed previously)
    • move greyskies-modellib-gss-common-library-msfs2020/2024 into the Community-folder
      • note: 1 folder only
    • MSFS Addons Linker / ModManFX are recommended in general for managing your mods

    Hi, I have downloaded all your GREAT NZ airstrip and like you suggest this library, but it give me an error wile un-zipping (extracting), I have included a picture. As an example on XGS11 there is some pink object on the ground and I don't know if it's related to this library

    The Window's zip-package features are buggy in my experience. Try using 7-Zip, for example, for extracting the files.

    I think there is an error with this download because it is exactly the same as the greyskies-airport-cbw4-bob-quinn-lake file.
    Or maybe they are supposed to be the same?

    Grey Skies Simulations Common Library is a collection of essential models designed for use in various GSS projects within Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. This library is currently under development, and its documentation is set to be updated as tools evolve and models are finalized. It is advised that developers note the current status, as it is not recommended for use at this time. Installation requires placing the designated folder into the Community folder, along with the management of mods through recommended tools.
