    Description

    This a work in progress project for MSFS 2024.

    I'm correcting every water problem I'm finding while traveling around the world. I don't inspect every country to find all water elevation problem, but as soon as I encounter one, I note it and correct it. So be sure several updates will follow to add more corrections as long as MSFS 2024 will exist.

     

    Ce mod est un travail progressif pour MSFS 2024.

    Je corrige chaque problème d'élévation d'eau que je rencontre durant tous mes vols autour du monde. Je ne vise pas à parcourir chaque pays pour spécifiquement trouver des problèmes mais quand j'en vois je les note et les corrige. Soyez assuré qu'il y aura plusieurs autres corrections à venir il qu'il y aura plusieurs mises à jour du mod aussi longtemps que MSFS 2024 va exister.

     

    KNOW ISSUES VERY IMPORTANT

    There is something different with MSFS 2024, I can't change hydrobases and oil rigs altitude when I lower the water level, so please don't blame me and if you know how to do it, I would really appreciate.

    Hi everyone. Because another much detail mod for Alaska exist for free (https://flightsim.to/addon/115918/alaska-enhancement-project), I will delete every correction I did on Alaska because it conflict with the better mod. Just download his mod to get a real fix of Alaska territory.

Parce qu'il exist un autre mod plus détallé que le mien qui corrige tout le territoire de l'Alaske, je vais retirer tout ce que j'ai corrigé des cotes parce que ça entre en conflit. Je vous suggère de télécharger ce mod (https://flightsim.to/addon/115918/alaska-enhancement-project) pour avoir le meilleur de l'Alaska.

    Just a heads up, this and the alaska scenery enhancement conflict and you get cliffs and weird terrain glitches all over the place. Remove either one and it goes back to normal.

    Well, I watched the video Alasak Enhancement mod and you are right, lot have been fixed. So I think it's better I don't touch any coast in Alaska. It's better to get this mod which fix every problem in Alaska.

    It wasn't a complaint. The other enhancement mod wasn't released when I asked about the area around PAHO. I was just letting people know they need to decide on one or the other. Both are fantastic mods to fix the terrain/water issues.

    That's the problem. Most people don't use mods either free or payware. Based on what I'm seeing on the default terrain, a fix is needed. If everyone would use the mod, I wouldn't have to do that. It's a big dilema. But as my mod is base on default terrain, I think I have to continue fixing coasts.

    I just chat with the author of Alaska mod and I decided I'm removed everything I did to fix the coasts because he did that before and as it's conflicting I prefer editing lakes and rivers than coasts. So use his mod instead.

    Any chance you could remove the erroneous water in the southern California area? Around KAJO, KRAL etc, there is a massive body of water that should not exist

    Hi everyone. I'm actually fixing several coasts in Alaska south of PAHO airport. A very long and big job. I updated my mod to let you see what I'm doing. For sure it's a WIP project that I'll continue until it's completed. Here a picture of the project and before and after images.

    Bonjour à tous. Présentement je suis en train de corriger plusieurs cotes en Alaska au sud de l'aéroport PAHO. Un très gros travail nécéssaire. J'ai fais une mise à jour de mon mod pour que vous puissez voir de quoi il s'agit. C'est un travail en progression jusqu'à temps que j'ais fini. J'ai mis une image du projet et deux images avant et après.

    Any chance you could take a look around Kachemak Bay in Alaska? (Homer/Nanwalek/Seldovia). The water is suddenly about 80ft too low compared to the terrain.

    v 1.49 Fixed a little problem in St-Lawrence river, downtown Montreal, Quebec Corrigé un petit problème sur le fleuve St-Laurent au centre-ville de Montréal, Québec IMPORTANT NOTE I removed all work I have done on Alaska territory because it conflict with another free mod coverving a vera large terrirotry (https://flightsim.to/addon/115918/alaska-enhancement-project). I have no need to correct the same thing as this modder. J'ai enlevé tous le travail que j'avais fais en Alaska parce qu'il entre en conflit avec un autre mod gratuit qui couvre une très large partie de l'Alaska. (https://flightsim.to/addon/115918/alaska-enhancement-project) Je n'ai vraiment pas besoin de refaire ce que cet auteur a déjà réalisé.
