    Description

    This is a new profile that's based on the latest official GSX Pro database that was implemented to the iniBuilds A350 file folders for both the -900 and -1000 variant. But I've tweaked the profile a little bit to add a few changes:

    • All Pax doors on the port-side are now enabled and have proper door open/close checks. That means on airports with enough stairs they will all try to connect to all the pax doors.
    • Bulk Cargo is now active as there's also a proper door open/close checks. So during boarding you will have the cargo ULD loaded into the two Cargo doors like normal, but also a Belt loader with small baggage will be loaded to the aft bulk cargo bay. Note that if your GSX settings allow rear staircase to connect on gates with jetways, it may clip together when both the staircase and the rear bulk cargo is being loaded.
    • After GSX version 3.3.9 that introduces the door width field. This profile now includes the door dimensions specifications from official Airbus data source for all (Pax, Service, and Cargo) doors. So if GSX decided to implement a different ULD Cargo Loader based on the cargo door dimensions, the profile will have accurate door dimensions.

    Installation:

    • Extract the a350 folder to your: 
      %AppData%\Virtuali\Airplanes​

    Uninstallation:

    • Delete the a350 folder from your: 
      %AppData%\Virtuali\Airplanes​​

    hello the bulk cargo loading does not work for me. what is the correct installation? do i put the a350 (with 3 folder inside) or remove it from a350 folder all 3? the 900, 900 ULR and 1000. thanks

    Yes, you put the A350 folder with the 3 folder inside to your %AppData%\Virtuali\Airplanes folder.

    Is it me or does this profile break passenger buses in GSX? If I attempt to board at a gate with no jetway, the buses never arrive. I don't know if GSX's latest update is the issue but if I remove this profile the buses operate normally.

    Hmm, that's weird. Could be that the GSX latest update has introduced some new settings around passenger buses that I need to update the profile to work. I'll have a check, but not sure when I have the time to do so.

    Hi there,
    Is there a way to change the door the jetway is connecting to? Its always selecting L2, with the jetway sometimes not connected to the door, and extending to the point where its disconnected from itself. Would like to try and connect to L1 at these airports (Changi for example)

    Yeah, you can edit the profile yourself via the GSX menu from the top panel. Just click on Customise Aircraft. Click on the L1 door and tick the Passenger Door #1 text at the top, it will glow Blue with a Star to indicate that it will be your preferred door. Then save it, and that's your custom profile sorted. Then you can try again.

    It's a sim engine issue, I'm afraid. The GSX profile has nothing to do with where the jetway would try to connect.

    I'm not too sure yet. I've been away from flight sim for a while so I don't have any plans to test it again lately.

    Hi. i currently have the profile installed and it seems to have it where it opens L1 at the same time when the jetway is connected to L2

    Ahh man, I dunno how to prevent that. If I set the L1 to be the preferred door, and the jetway is connected to L2, L1 will still open because it's the preferred door. Same with setting it to L2 as the preferred door, and it'll still be open even if the jetway is connected to L1.

    I changed it to L1 as the preferred door because out of all the airports I fly, the jetway is always connected to L1, and L2 keeps opening. GSX doesn't really control where the jetway connects. MSFS just connects the jetway to the closest available door. So we can't really force the sim to connect the jetway to either L1 or L2.

    The workaround is to manually close the L1 door if you see them open via the OIS ground page.
