    Description

    MKO- Malekolon is located about 430nm to the east of the Papua New Guinean mainland, off the east coast of New Ireland. Unfortunately, there is little information about this once used strip as it is no longer active other than for FSEconomy and hence a little bit of creativity is used in its creation in Microsoft Flight Simulator.

    Located on the western side of Babase Island, the 940m grass strip at close to sea level serves the remote island population.

    MKO and AYMV are 2 different airport... Which one is this mod for?

    I have just looked it up again as I made this airport in late 2020. The data I can find says the ICAO is AYMV and the IATA code is MKN. If you have any information you could share that would be great. Thanks

    Just read this:

    "To developers, if you have an AirportServices file in your project to remove airport services. Remove it.

    SU8 make some changes and doesn't like this file anymore. Remove that airportservice asset group, make sure upon build it gets removed from your .layout file.

    If you don't anyone who downloads your scenery will get affected by 0 airport service from any airport.

    I felt myself a little beetle when landed here among huge trees))) Although the island is far enough, but it was interesting to fly here today. good job!

    Hello, friend. Thank you very much for the contribution! Could you do a big favor for those of us who have large scenery collections and make sure you have full information in your manifest.json file including scenery title and creator? It makes it a lot easier to keep track of what you have.
