    Description

    This is a general improvement of Lasham Airfield (EGHL) located in Hampshire.

    Improvemnts Include:
    • Replacement of most auotgenerated buildings
    • Improvment of ground textures
    • Added parking spaces
    • Added static aircraft 
    Version 1.5 Includes:
    • Added Gliders
    • Added People
    • Further improvment of ground textures
    Version 1.6 Includes:
    • Removal of some incorrect autogenerated buildings after the world update

    Still working after several updates including update 7,a far better rendition than Asobo's pathetic attempt.Don't forget to also download fisherman Dave's 3D library for the full effect..............................

    Same problem for me. I have v 1.6 in my community folder along with all the object libraries, but no gliders, trailers or people. The buildings all seem to be there though.
    I have deleted v 1.5.
    I do have to just download the main file and not the old file as I understand it.

    I am back and still have the same problem. Completely deleted all four files and replaced the files back into my community folder including version 1.6 of Lasham. Below are the files.

    I must be missing something here. No planes no glider pod etc, just the airport and more detailed buildings.

    Sorry for being so long to come back to you but I have still been trying to get the Lasham Airfield looking anything like your pictures. I have downloaded your version 1.6 of the airfield and the other files I left installed making a total of four files, installed in my community folder. There are no aircraft no glider storage pods no picinicer etc. I just do not know what I am doing wrong.

    Ah, try removing all the previous files so you simply have version 1.6 of Lasham, Mikes Asset pack and Dave's 3d People in your community folder. Let me know if that helps!

    I worked at Dan Air Lasham in the 80s and 90s as an engineer. Your scenery brings back happy memories. Thanks for the hard work and effort.

    I downloaded all the files (4 files) and duly placed them into the community folder within MSFS. However when at Lasham the airfield did not look anything like your screen shots. MSFS is right up to date with world update 3 installed. What am I doing wrong?

    The world update changed quite a few things - with the latest file downloaded along with the other two files it shouldn't look that different from the screenshots!

    I believe theres only one runway, the old crosswind isnt lit. Thanks for the effort.

    The airliners should be narrow body A320 / B737s mainly.

    Better than it was,but still needs work.The visitor's enclosure is too narrow and there is a sunken paved area in front of the cafe with tables,the cafe is red brick with windows right across the front.No modeled gliders or Robin and piper tug aircraft,only satellite imagery.

    Great Stuff!
    Been here a few times RW. Very interesting place. Home of British gliding and a narrow-body airliner maintenance company. Somehow they manage to stay out of each others way!
    Many thanks was hoping someone would do it.
