    Description

    This is NTAA, the only international airport in French Polynesia located in Tahiti. Faa'a International Airport serves both domestic and international flights. Air Tahiti has daily flights to most other islands in French Polynesia and one international service to the Cook Islands. There are intercontinental flights to Canada, Chile, Metropolitan France, Japan, New Zealand and the United States. The airport is on Tahiti, which is an island among the Windward Islands, the eastern part of the Society Islands. Because of limited level terrain, rather than leveling large stretches of sloping agricultural land, the airport is built primarily on reclaimed land on the coral reef just offshore.

    This scenery is compatible with AI traffic, tested with FSTL.

    Please download the libraries in the dependencies tab.

    If you are experiencing flickering with this scenery, a temporary fix: switch to NVIDIA DLSS in your antialiasing settings. I will address an update soon to fix this issue.

    Before installing this scenery make sure that you don't have any other sceneries for Tahiti as it will conflicts with this one.

    This scenery may not work properly with Beyond ATC, You can still use it but you won't get proper information for taxiing. 

    Instalation : 

    Drop the two files "givenchy-ntaa" and "tahiti-aerial" into your community file.

    It is strictly forbidden to use elements of my scenery without my authorization. In case of unauthorized use, a deletion request will be issued without delay and without notice.

    Hi, do you use Beyond ATC? I have noticed that when using BATC, departing aircraft that are holding short of the runway, at the hold short point on taxiway G, will just disappear once they are told to enter the runway. I don't know exactly why this happens, but in most cases it's some sort of issue with the airport scenery.

    Hello, thanks for the feedback, I don't own Beyond ATC I've only tested this scenery with FSTL and defautl ATC. It must be a flaw with my scenery but I won't be able to address this issue.

    Thanks for this beautiful airport! Unfortunately, I see green taxiway lights on the centerline of the runway. I'me sure they should be white ;)

    Je rencontre actuellement un problème avec le pack NTAA (Tahiti Faa’a). En me rendant dans la zone du port de Motu Uta à Papeete, j’ai remarqué la présence de palmiers et d’arbres.

    Or, dans la réalité, il ne devrait y avoir aucun arbre dans cette zone portuaire, qui est essentiellement composée de structures industrielles et de quais.

    Auriez-vous une solution pour corriger ce problème d’affichage ? Peut-être un fichier à ajuster ou une exclusion de végétation à appliquer ?

    Thank you for this great airport in very nice environment. Does the terrain and mesh of the mountains look better in MSFS2024? This place would deserve proper high quality DEM/MESH and high quality textures for the terrain. In MSFS2020 it is very ugly with lowres textures at some places.

    Isnt there any other solution that force DLSS to prevent flickering? I mean I hate DLSS. It just reduces quality and introduces blurry glassockpits reading. Just a nvidia marketing flex to claim - look we have 100 fps in New York in MSFS.

    I completely feel you, I hate DLSS as well, I just got use to it. There is no workaround yet as this is a limitation of the SDK of Flight Simulator.
