Castle was the flight school for all KC-135 pilots back in the day. Amazingly, both the B-52 and KC-135 are still fixtures in the active duty Air Force at the present time! Some of the grandchildren of Cold War B-52 and KC-135 pilots are literally flying the same aircraft as their Grandfathers, lol.
