Das Kantonsspital von St. Gallen inklusive Kinderspital. Es ist das offizielle Pad zwischen den Häusern und das neue Pad auf Haus 7 vorhanden. Der Landeplatz beim Kispi ist vor dem Haus.
Der nächste Heliport ist die Rega Basis St. Gallen ( https://flightsim.to/file/23508/lsxo-heliport-st-gallen-winkeln-rega-7 ), von dort sind es 2 Minuten Flugzeit. Alternativ kann auch von Altenrhein angeflogen werden. Falls es Probleme mit den Ladezeiten der Umgebung gibt ( Olma, Stadtgebäude ), kann ich diese auch wieder enfernen. Bitte in die Komentare schreiben.
The cantonal hospital of St. Gallen including the children's hospital. There is the official pad between the houses and the new pad on house 7. The landing pad at Kispi is in front of the house.

Minor issue: The white inset lights of the new helipad flicker when seen from a distance (probably due to z-thrashing). I'd suggest they be raised a tiny bit.

I'd love to fly my rega operations to the Kantonsspital but it doesn't work for me... I've downloaded the libraries... Do you have a tip for me ?

What doesn't work? The whole scenery? The libraries are only for the windsock and the ground lights at childrens hospital. The rest is all blender import.

Could there be a conflict with the world update for Switzerland?

The scenery is built with the newest update, this can't be the reason. Have you istalled a city addon? Like this: https://flightsim.to/file/7095/st-gallen-st-gall-switzerland
This could be a reason, the scenery is built on the normal terrain. Other solutions i don't know.
