For Steam users drag and drop the cameras.cfg file to your %AppData%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 737-800 folder
For non-Steam users drag and drop the camera.cfg file to your C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 737-800 folder

Are you sure you’ve extracted the file correctly and installed it into the correct location based on which simulator version you have? You’re the first person after almost 900 downloads to have reported this, so this seems like a local issue on first glance.

You have probably copy cameras.cfg to the Community pmdg737-800 folder. Follow the path from the description.
