Description
Northway (PAOR) is the crossing point for all GA traffic into the United States from Whitehorse. All GA traffic travelling up the AlCan Highway and from Canada is required tro land at Northway as this is the first airport with Immigration and Border Control services. Northway also serves as a Flight Service Station for the Fairbanks region of Alaska. All air traffic in the area receive services from Northway, including, but not limited to weather reports. Several bush services provide scheduled service to and from Northway.
The other airport included in this pack is Chicken (CKX) Chicken sits on one of the most active gold mining areas in Alaska and sees a lot of traffic from tourists, hobbyists, and miners. 40 Mile Air provides scheduled service to Chicken, though the town itself has very few residents.
I created the FSS antennas and the FSS building and a few other objects in the scenery myself. These airports are stops for Alaska Adventures scheduled flights, my favorite bush VA. www.flyaka.com

Thanks for adding Chicken! I grew up in Fairbanks in the 1970's and did a lot og gold mining from Fairbanks to the Brooks Range and East to the border, visiting Chicken. It was one of my first stops flying MSFS 2020 and saw it was not accurate. (even PAFA is not that great). Again, thanks for the improvement!
