    Description

    This base was created for the MSFS Virtual Air Forces, but i decided to upload it here for everyone to use.

     

    Creech Air Force Base is a United States Air Force (USAF) command and control facility in Clark County, Nevada used "to engage in daily Overseas Contingency Operations[2] …of remotely piloted aircraft systems which fly missions across the globe."[3] In addition to an airport, the military installation has the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Battlelab,[4] associated aerial warfare ground equipment, and unmanned aerial vehicles of the type used in Afghanistan and Iraq. Creech is the aerial training site for the USAF Thunderbirds and "is one of two emergency divert airfields" for the Nevada Test and Training Range.[3]

    In addition to the airfield, the base includes the "UAV-Logistic and Training Facility",[5] the Joint Unmanned Aerial Systems Center of Excellence, Silver Flag Alpha Regional Training Center, and other military units/facilities. The base is named in honor of retired US Air Force General Wilbur L. Creech, the former commanding officer of Tactical Air Command (TAC), the predecessor command of the current Air Combat Command (ACC).

    If you dont have the payware H-145 it just wont show up in the scenery, but i recommend it.

    Love this scenery, one of my favorite AFBs to do pattern work at coming straight from Nellis. Any chance we'll see this updated for 2024? It seems to be loading, however none of the custom buildings and objects are showing up unless you get within 20-30 feet of the actual object (e.g. fighter jet and drone parking overhangs). Hopefully just a quick fix?

    It will get updated, most of the buildings were default asobo ones so not sure why they would be doing that, it’s going to take time as I have a lot to get through but it will get done

    i think i have sorted a temporary fis for 2024 im just awaiting the test results and then i will release it, i will of course be updating the base soon

    So ive installed this wonderful mod, I have everything on the extra mod list accept the Daves 3d people. IT says its unavailable. But I do have the HPG H145 and also C17. My problem is Im not seeing the hangars with the drones nor the drones? Any advice?

    Daves 3d people wont matter i need to update this to use superspuds animated humans, the shelters are from Miramar, do you have the USA World updates installed?

    Thank you for this file. I really enjoy your work on air force bases and feel it significantly adds to the experience if one leans towards military aviation as I do (Love Nellis).... As an aside: This 'MSFS Virtual Air Forces' thing sounds interesting? Is it still a thing? Are there other bases that have been developed for this and do people still fly around together in this way? Thanks for your time and efforts on these bases and I look forward to any other you may develop. THANK YOU
