--Description--
Picton, in the Marlborough region, at the northern tip of Sout Island of NZ, is a small, private airport. Owned by the regional airline SoundsAir, one can fly to Wellington, Taupo or Westport. Recently, an Air Park has been designed with already several hangar and houses built.
It's a perfect starting place to visit the sounds, or cross the straight to North Island.
--The scene--
The scene is an improvement of the existing platform. I used several default assets and many others are custom, some using PBR textures.
As the Air Park is constantly evolving, the scene depicts the situation as late 2020 I believe.
Known bug: it seems that despite my attempts I can't remove the default windsock from the field. So normally the airfied has 2 airsocks, one on each end, and there you have 3 windsocks. Not a big issue though.

Please remove any previous version of this scenery you may have.
Just unzip and drop the "sbworks-airport-nzpn-pictonairport" folder into your "Community" folder of MSFS.
It is more than strongly recommended to install this library:

I have the Orbx NZ mesh installed. Unfortunately, I couldn't land at your Picton airport because the aerodrome is sunk deeply into the surrounding terrain.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback! Indeed it seems SU9 changed something here.
Actually, this seems to be a bug within MSFS itself introduced by SU9 and has nothing to do with my scenes. Check on official MSFS forum.

Awesome work! Thanks for making another great NZ airport. Been to this one many times with Sounds Air and looking forward to trying it out.
I'm just hoping one day we will have a World update for NZ as the Marlborough Sounds are amazing but in current base game state they look horrendous :'(
