    Description

    Mactan–Cebu International Airport is the second busiest international airport in the Philippines. It is located in the city of Lapu-Lapu on Mactan, a part of Metro Cebu and serves the Central Visayas region. The airport is managed by the Mactan–Cebu International Airport Authority and serves as a hub for Cebu Pacific, Pan Pacific Airlines, and Royal Air Charter Service.

    On 797 hectares (1,970 acres), it has a single 3,300-meter (10,800 ft) runway that was built by the United States in 1956 as an emergency airport for U.S. Air Forces' Strategic Air Command bombers and was known as Mactan Air Base. The runway is complemented by a full-length taxiway that it shares with the current Mactan Air Base of the Philippine Air Force.

    For people whining about the accident, the Korean Air A330 Aircraft was added to portray the current situation in Mactan. It was not meant to be Funny. You have the option to add it or not. It will be removed once the real aircraft is also removed in the real world.

    MSFS 2020:

    Is GSX Pro Profile RPVM (MACTAN) Philippines safe to use? The comments in that addon indicate that it does not work anymore and it has not been updated since 2022.

    Love the scenery! What settings would I have to lower to accommodate for the severe frame drops when looking at the general direction of the international terminal? Also, is there a setting to relate the scenery to the world map within the sim so that I would know in which gate I'd like to spawn at?
