Description
This pack is an attempt to provide at least certain visual representation to Kharkiv (or Kharkov) City inside the sim.
All models are built from scratch, while texturing is built via available photographic sources of the city and Google Street View. They are far from being perfect representations but they at least provide recognizeable visual features for the city.
Included landmarks include:
- Blagoveschensky Cathedral
- Uspensky Cathedral
- Gosprom Building
- NTU KhPI U1 building (one of the most visible city landmarks)
- Yuzhny Train Station
- "Spire House"
- Kharkiv Opera House
- Liberator Soldier Monument (in 1.1)
- TV and radio broadcast tower (in 1.1)
- Metalist Stadium (in 1.1)
- Choral Synagogue (in 1.1)
- Kharkiv Airport Terminals and Control Tower (in 1.2)
- CNTEI building (in 1.3, unmarked)
- Office building near CNTEI (in 1.3.2, unmarked)
- Lover's Bridge (in 1.3)
- Levada Railvay Station entry (1.3.3, unmarked)
- Main Bus Station (1.3.3, unmarked)
- Kharkiv Aircraft Plant entry (1.3.3, unmarked)
I hope to add more objects (and probably improve the existing ones) over time, but not in the nearest future.
Installation
Just place the hsigames-khrlmu1 folder from the archive into your Community folder.
Known issues
Some objects ignore having collision meshes. I'm still investigating why.

Please one question cuz I've read some of the other comments... aaand... Is it really... like... the whole city of Kharkiv... You know... caput, finito, kaboom an all that stuff??? 😶

No, majority of the city is still intact. Northernmost areas are the most significantly damaged, with many firemarks and many multi-apartment buildings damaged. Several areas in the center received damage from airstrikes and missiles, but luckily those are rather localized. On the South and East damage is very selective. As I heard, airport is almost wiped, but I'm unaware what the state of terminals and general infrastructure is. What is indeed wiped are the smaller cities around Kharkov, where actual full-scale city fighting has occurred. There - it's hard to find a building that is undamaged.

Ещё раз спасибо за Вашу работу. Если есть возможность сделайте высотные ориентиры. Например трубы на ТЭЦ5, на ХТЗ, птицефабрике и т.п.
