    Joplin Regional Airport (KJLN) is a small but well-equipped public airport located about four miles north of downtown Joplin, Missouri. Sitting at an elevation of roughly 978 feet, it covers close to 970 acres and serves as an important aviation hub for the Four States region. The airport supports a mix of commercial service, general aviation, military traffic, and cargo operations, making it versatile despite its modest size.

    KJLN features two long runways—13/31 and 18/36—each a little over 6,500 feet, giving it the capacity to handle a wide range of aircraft. It offers instrument approaches including ILS, which helps maintain reliability during low-visibility conditions. The airport is owned and operated by the City of Joplin and typically averages several dozen aircraft operations per day, with a strong general aviation presence and more than a hundred aircraft based on the field.

    The vehicles required dependency does not show that it is (officially) compatible with MSFS2024 as it has it shown with a red "X". So can the KJLN scenery be used in 2024 without that, or does that library actually work in 2024 without issues?

    Hello, Actually it can be used either way. I have used it in MSFS2024 with no issues and they show up as they should.

    Thanks for creating this. You've eliminated the old runway at last. Everything looks great! I live a couple of hundred meters from the airport perimeter, so it's gratifying to have this add-on.

    So glad you did this airport. It's one of my personal favorites, and your work is absolutely first class. I visit it occassionally and flight-simming into it always make me wish it could be made more realistic. Thank you.
