    Description

    This is a repaint package for the iniBuilds A350 in colors of Cathay Pacific.

    The following 18 registrations are included: 

    B-LXA, B-LXB, B-LXC, B-LXD, B-LXE, B-LXF, B-LXG, B-LXH, B-LXI, B-LXJ,
    B-LXK, B-LXL, B-LXM, B-LXN, B-LXO, B-LXP, B-LXQ, B-LXR

    You can find my Cathay -900 fleet here.

    Installation:

    To reduce file sizes I created a not usable livery 'Cathay-Commons' storing all textures used on almost every livery of this package (mostly cabin textures, tail, engine, wings).

    Read the instruction below carefully as they slightly differ from normal Drag&Drop

    1: Extract the included folders to a temporary location, ie desktop
    2: Copy the 'inibuilds-a350-cathay-commons'  and any of the registration folders e.g. 'inibuilds-a350-1000-cathay-blxa' to your community folder
    3: Start MSFS, choose the installed livery and enjoy!

    I love the work you've produced! But I wanted to ask if you know what's going on with this? My version is 2020, but now after it loads, it turns into an 'empty aircraft shell' (or 'hollow aircraft'). I don't know if this is caused by an error in the way I installed it, but I did select the 2020 version for installation. Thank you very much for your help.

    Hey, thanks for your feedback. I guess you need to update your A350. I've just updated the livery to work with inibuilds v1.1.7 update, using any previous version can cause this.

    I just had a look at anther Cathay A350 pack. You are the only painter that bothers to include the SELCAL on each reg. Well done!

    Well, yeah I'm trying to get them as good as possible. But honestly don't understand some peoples obsession with them. They are pretty unusable in the sim.

    On the 900 basically you haven't really a choice, I think. The non-ULR ones still got mine. The ULR got the ones from inibuilds by default. But I don't know for sure, just try it. On the 1000 it's up to you I guess. Mine is still in. I don't know what happens if you install the one from inibuilds.

    I was using the ini livery manager one all the way, but seems that it now just don't work with the default cabin pack, and somehow the co pilot disappear with their default cabin. If I understand correctly your's have a 3D cabin modelled in also so I can choose your cabin? thanks

    If you install the inibuilds cabin pack they released some while ago, you get that. It basically overwrites either the default cabin by ini or any custom cabin a painter has done. So if you want to use mine you probably need to get rid of inis first. I haven't done any 3D-modeling. The cabin included in this pack is basically the default ini cabin with some adoptions like seat and wall color/texture to better match the original Cathay cabin.

    Fixed it. The 2020 Commons sneaked in accidentally. This couldn't work. Delete the previous commons folder and insert the new one.

    You are an absolute legend for not only making this the whole -1000 cathay fleet which consists of 16 airframes but also the other 30 airframes of the -900. Hats off to you!!
