Einfach die Dateien mit einem Programm wie WinRAR entpacken und den Ordner dann in dein Community Verzeichnis deines MSFS kopieren

No, now it's french but still with a "German touch". So you still have lot of German village names from former times and especially the older people speak additionally a local dialect (German origin) - French people won't understand but Germans living close to the border will do. It sounds similar to the (German) Palatine dialect.
