Description
For the younger generation, Bowerman airport means nothing. It's a small GA airfield on the Pacific North West Coast near Seattle. For the older FSx/P3D simmers, it should remind the Orbx freeware scenery that set the quality standard at that time. So, let’s bring back souvenir and have a quick bit at Lana's Cafe.
Perfectly located, KHQM could be the perfect starting point to explore this awesome area. With it’s 6-24 asphalt runway of 5,000 feet (1,524 meters, ILS runway 24), KHQM is promoted as “Only Jet-Capable Airport” by the local authority. It will match GA to Bizjet perfectly and don't forget to have lunch at the restaurant.
Why a Vintage Edition?
This scenery is a mixed between what exists today (Oct'23) and what it was around 2014. For example: Lana's Cafe has moved from the airfield to downtown. Nowadays the building restaurant has been destroyed. But in this scenery, the iconic restaurant is still there as it was in Orbx freeware.

This scenery uses Windhover "Open Hangar Library" (https://flightsim.to/profile/Windhover) but no need to install anything extra. Just a BIG THANK YOU : https://flightsim.to/file/26325/open-hangar-library
Author's final note
As for all of my MSFS mod, this small scenery is made from a pilot-eyes perspective. The scenery is inspired by aerial views from Bing and Google maps. It's a mix between the satellite imagery displayed from MSFS and more accurate data found on Internet. I did my best, based on online videos and pictures freely available. If you have local pictures to help being more accurate, please let me know!

Unfortunately for you, Bowerman is the 8th in the row. Just to remind you that 11 of my airport are already "compatible" with MSFS2024. It's each time a matter of 4 hours minimum (of my spare time) ;)
Next one planned is J.Cochran (KTRM).
