Kinmen Airport (RCBS) is missing in default FS2020. It is a regional airport located on Taiwan Kinmen Islands. The airport is equipped with one precision runway (06-24) with length around 10000ft. This package provide basic airport environment, taxiway signs, default terminals, working ATC tower, and working ILS, LDA, DME. (NOTE: ILS 24 is still under development when this package is released, an animated ILS 24 is provided.) The runway curvature are also animated to fit real airport environment. A custom aerial imagery will be installed from another independent package called "Kinmen Aerial, Taiwan".
Installation: drag and drop the “kcai-rcbs”folder in your Community folder.
(Remove "kcai-rcbs-aerial-temp" folder if you have previous version installed.)
Fix polygon error to fit new DEM project. (Kinmen 20m DEM, Taiwan)
Add Radar station, Mobile antenna, and chimney to the surrounding area. You have to install "We Love VFR - Region 1" in order to see those objects.
Remove temporary aerial imagery. New aerial imagery will be installed from another independent package called "Kinmen Aerial, Taiwan".
Add temporary aerial imagery to enhance airport environment.
(Note: Unable to fill north of Kinmen Islands due FS will constantly crash when loading aerial imagery over those area. It’s a known bug.)
Add default buildings to simulate actual environment.
Add ground markings
Add airport building lights.
Add airport static vehicles
Add trees to simulate actual environment.
Re terraforming to smooth taxiway.
Add all instrument procedure listed by AIP.

Runway curvature based on first hand data.
Instrument approach are planned to introduce.
More accurate terrain model are planned when FS is supporting those format.
