One request though, do you think you can get rid of all the extra doors and windows?
Like there should be only 2 windows on the right side of the second floor and no doors on the second floor.
Is that possible?

David, Great work on finalizing this livery and using the fix for the Mirroring issue.
As I mentioned earlier, I think the colors are perfect based on the current 25A.
I will enjoy this livery every time I crank up the 747 in Flight Simulator. Again, thanks!!!

Hey David, i just converted the salty liveries to asobo using the cfg to get them to work, is there anything beyond that which has been done with your new updates? I don't appear to be having any issue with spoilers

Generally the only file that changed is the 747-8I.xml and a few lines in the aircraft.cfg and manifest.json to remove reference to Salty. All my 747 liveries use the exact same 747-8I.xml.

This wouldn't be an issue with the livery but with your peripheral setup and if you have different profiles.

Thanks! Yes I did quite a few revisions to get the colours right. Lots of trial and error and sampling from photos.
If I put in custom windows, unfortunately you'll lose all the 3D effects they bring where you can see through the plane. Plus am not sure what the real 747-8 has in terms of windows yet as it hasn't been photographed in public.

I am trying to download the latest version of your Air Force One livery for the default Asobo Boeing 747. As benb8078 and some others have posted, only the Salty747 version is appearing when I try to download it. I understand that you are no longer updating the Asobo version but I was wondering if you could upload the last available version of your Air Force One livery as a separate aircraft download so that people who do not want to download the Salty747 can still enjoy using your Air Force One livery. If not is there another way to get the last Asobo version? Thank you for your help and your work on this livery.

When you click the download button, there is two download links. For the Asobo version you want to click Asobo Air Force One VC-25B Ultra (not the main file) which is version 1.0 and last updated in May.

The main file is for Salty 747 add-on. If you are not using that add-on then download the Asobo version.

Looks great, but I am not quite sure why you would put the presidential seal halfway on the cargo door. In reality they emblem would be slid one way or the other so that when opened on the ground, it would not be cut in half. -Preston

The Presidential seal is positioned in relation to the forward main deck doors which is where they are on the real aircraft. That cargo door doesn't exist on the real aircraft. It's replaced with retractable stairs into the lower deck on the port side slightly aft of the seal.

The Salty mod isn’t available on FlightSim.to. It’s available on the FlyByWire installer or directly from the GitHub page. I suggest downloading the development version as that is continually updated.
I work on Salty and have no issues with the autopilot especially in VNAV which has been in the aircraft for quite sometime.
