    Description

    Mulamunda is an interesting little strip nestled in a low valley that requires an oblique appr due to the ridge blocking the straight-in approach. Which you can see in Ryan's videos, Missionary Bush Pilot -Mulamunda. The runway had varying slopes which gets steeper toward the end of the runway.

    I've added some custom building here, but apart from that, it's a pretty simple strips. there has been a lot of terrain editing here, trying to get the strip the and surrounds correct.

    Great strip Milo. My download worked ok. Agree about the ICAO naming has to agree with MSFS list, otherwise it will not compile due to clash of codes. MSFS uses AYMT for another airstrip.(Kirwo) Maybe some discussions in the future with MSFS, can change this. Search's for Malamaunda show this is 'the' usual spelling.

    Kudos on the work good sir, but as of April 1st, 2021, I think your file is corrupt. Repeated downloads yield a file which WinRar Pro says isn't a recognizable archive on my Windows 10 box. Anything I can do to help? Looking forward to recreating Ryan's flight! :) Thanks again.

    Thanks, another great improved strip Milo however take off runway comes up as 08 in MSFS although aircraft is correctly placed on 26. Also the name should be Malamaunda.

    The ol' runway direction thang..kk I'll fix that. I Did rush this one out, as I've been a bit slack making strips.
    There are many differences between MSFS and Ryan's ICAOs in reference to his Charts. Eg AYPR is in msfs and Ryan has AYMT. I have to use AYPR so it does have 2 airports here. MSFS Spells it Malamaunda and Ryan's charts show Malamunda. Tbh, I'd rather use Ryan's as that's what is used for his flights. Great observations though. Cheers.
