    Custom camera views for FENIX A319 IAE & CFM | WTF + SL

    The custom cameras have been defined as follows:

    Custom camera 0 - pilot view
    Custom camera 1 - left wing view
    Custom camera 2 - GOPRO cockpit view
    Custom camera 3 - right wing view
    Custom camera 4 - left engine view
    Custom camera 5 - overhead panel
    Custom camera 6 - right engine view
    Custom camera 7 - central panel
    Custom camera 8 - FMC
    Custom camera 9 - co-pilot view

    The file (MSFS2024) now includes all three aircraft types from the Airbus A320 family to simplify the process.

    Just copy and paste the folder "FNX_32X" into your airplanes folder of the main directory of MSFS 2024.

     

    Installation Instructions

    WARNING!!

    The folder must be copied into the main directory of MSFS, not into the Community folder.

    Proceed only if you feel confident about the next steps.


    Step-by-Step Guide:

    Locate the MSFS main directory where the "Airplanes" folder is located. This folder contains subfolders for each airplane that has custom camera views.

    Note: If you haven't set up any custom cameras yet, the "Airplanes" folder might be empty or might not exist at all.

    Path to the folder based on your version:

    MS Store 2020: C:\Users\*UserName*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SimObjects\Airplanes

    Steam 2020: C:\Users\*UserName*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SimObjects\Airplanes

    MS Store 2024: C:\Users\*UserName*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SimObjects\Airplanes

    Steam 2024: C:\Users\*UserName*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\SimObjects\Airplanes

    Make a backup of any old files that might already exist in the subfolders. This way, if there are any issues, you can easily revert to your old camera views.

    Installation: Drag and Drop

    1. Extract the downloaded file.
    2. Copy the folder into the "Airplanes" folder.

    Ensure that your custom camera views are assigned to keys in your simulator settings.

    You can do this by navigating here OPTIONS > CONTROLS

    By default, custom camera views are assigned to ALT + 0–9. Since pressing two keys can be inconvenient, I recommend remapping them to the Numpad for quicker and easier access.

    I just installed these camera views, and I can use all the ALT+ any number and it will move around the cockpit, but I don't get any of the cabin views. No wing or engine views.

    Check, if you install correct.

    Installed as instructed and I'm sat in the cargo hold in the centre of the aircraft?!

    If your Camera Position is in the Cargo bay, you don’t install it right.

    Yes I clicked on the 2024 button, and put them in the aircraft folder but its not changing views for me with the alt keys like it did in mfs20

    check that your key binds are set in msfs2024, and you just place the FNX_32X folder in the Airplanes folder of MSFS 2024?

    Resolved my issue with his custom cameras / everyone else's custom cameras I was also trying just to get any of them to work, also made it simpler for future users on msfs24 (long as Fenix keep their new folder directory the same after the BFU)

    Yes ive reinstalled the views, and other peoples views, and random players on discord servers views whilst trying to figure out why theyre not working. Ive tried installing/reinstalling them MULTIPLE times, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Fenix multiple times now also at this point.

    Can confirm after full Fenix reinstall that these do not work, neither do your 20 or 21 views.

    Yes I've installed correctly, local cache > Simobjects > airplanes

    Yes I have custom and fixed camera keybinds set up

    I can't get any custom camera views to work on the 19, 20 or 21 since the BFU

    ...my keybinds are not the issue, I have alt + numbers for customs views, and ctrl + numbers for fixed views.

    Uninstalling Fenix at the moment, will reinstall fresh and hope it works.
