    GSX Profile for the freeware Hamburg, Germany (EDDH) by Chak991

     

    Features:

    • VDGS Safedock for each gate, marshallers at parking positions
    • Passengers walk to the aircraft through the jetways
    • Advanced pushback procedures
    • Custom vehicle placements
    • Gates and parkings are sorted into aprons
    • Passengers can be seen walking inside the terminal
    • Handling is provided by Hamburg GH and catering by LSG Sky Chefs
    • GA parkings only have a defined stop position as GSX isn't really used for GA operations

     

    Installation: unzip the .zip file, insert the .ini and the .py file into %Appdata%/virtuali/GSX/MSFS and remove any other files in this folder starting with "eddh"

    Hello and thank you for your work! It's highly appreciated! I have just realized that in Gate 1 no jetway is moving (even though GSX indicates that Jetway is operating), Gate 1B also no jetway is moving and the weirdest of all is Gate 1A where the jetway starts moving towards the aircraft and then goes back and forth (meaning goes back to it's position and then tries to go back to the aircraft without stopping). In general it seems that all 1 gates have some issues. It would be great if you could take a look. Again, thank you for your contribution!

    Gate 1A is working now for some reason, probably a GSX glitch before, just check 1 and 1B if you can! Thank you!

    I seem to have an issue with the jetways not reaching the aircraft this was using the Fenix A320 on stand 2A

    Der jetway bei stand 08 funktioniert leider nicht richtig er glitcht immer wieder her und zurück sonst super geiles gsx profile

    Jetways don't work in MSFS 2024

    Jetways do work, here is a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/Jcb0SrE Please make sure that you stand on a gate which has a jetway assigned. There are many more gates than jetways in Hamburg and in GSX each jetway can only be assigned to ONE gate. The remaining gates are operated by passenger buses. Please test it again on stands which do have jetways (for example gate 04B). If it still doesn't work, it might be helpful to write what exactly you are seeing as "Jetways don't work" is impossible to troubleshoot. 😉

    Should i disable the gsx jetways and airport services or not?

    Yes, GSX jetways should be disabled whenever you use a custom scenery with its own jetways. Airport services should be disabled only if you use MSFS 2024 for the time being.
