    Description

    Repaint for Fly The Maddog X MD-82. With customized .comp textures and cabin. 

     

    MD-82 SE-DMB "Bjarne Viking" first flew in December 1991 and was operated by Spanair and SAS until October 2013. In 2014 the plane was sold to Delta Airlines as spares to keep their existing MD-80 fleet flying. SE-DMB was ultimately scrapped in Blytheville, Arkansas. This repaint depicts the aircraft as it looked during its last flying years 2010-2013.

     

    Installation:

    Download the file and rename it "SE-DMB". Put the renamed .zip file inside your Maddog X Files\MSFS 2020\Liveries folder and istall the livery in Load Manager.

    While you say its an md82 in title, it is installed under md83 in the sim

    Hey amazing livery! Just wondering I been trying to make a livery myself for the Maddog X how did you manage to get the tail so symmetrical since there is no wireframe in the kit? :)

    Thank you! I applied decals into blank textures in Blender, saved those textures, then opened those texture files in Gimp and moved all the decals into paintkit.

    I had to open the model (MaddogX_exterior.gltf) first in programme called ModelConverterX and then export it again in .gltf form, since my Blender didn't open it straigth away.
