    Description

    Stapleford Aerodrome,  EGSG is an operational general aviation aerodrome in the Epping Forest district of Essex, England, near the village of Abridge. It is about 3.4 nautical miles south of North Weald Airfield and 4.5 NM north of Romford. The airfield is just within the M25, close to the junction with the M11

    Excellent scenery! few points - near the club house, the taxiway would continue straight on until the hangers then turn slightly left towards the fuel pumps. Runway 21L is paved up to half length then remaining is on grass.

    This airport has special place more me - I became a pilot here and this were I got my wings. It is great to see this airport in the sim.

    2 minor comments: Ramp 17 spawns with the aircraft (Piper Arrow) through a fence and building. Ramp 18 spawns with the aircraft through a fence.

    Great project! I've flown there as I did my PPL+Night Rating there on my way to get the CPL and I must say I got nostalgic.
    However: Taking off the 21L there should be a comm mast, that's why you turn left early on the circuit- it's in the vfr charts but it's missing on this airfield! The C on the reception is missing (the yellow field C is where a pilot reports after landing) - and I'd really love to see the student accommodation (the infamous white house). Overall great work, thanks a lot for this!!

    Is that PAPI in the right place? The AIP chart has it at 26 feet from the threshold.

    Thanks for putting together this scenery, it's a big improvement over the default! There seems to be some issues with the aircraft spawns though, not sure if this is something you have control over? I spawned inside the clubhouse seating area when picking one of the parking spots to start from.

    Hi Sean, Not sure what I can do about the default spanning/parking. The actual scenery including buildings is in the place where MSFS2020 has placed the parking slots. I can only recommend that you spawn your aircraft either on the runway, or in the parking slots that are to the far right. I will try and see if there is a way to move the defaults though.

    Hi please can you change the Modellib.bgl this is a default file name and should be changes to a unique name because two scenery using this name can cause issues.

    Hi WHiteFlag. seems I had forgotten to take out the Modellib, but the new file is staplefordmodellib, which the mod uses. Will update now without the modellib. Thanks again for pointing this out

    I see the ICAO code is not mentioned anywhere, not here nor in the manifest file. It is EGSG in case anybody wonders
