    Description

    Antwerp is a port city on Belgium’s River Scheldt, with history dating to the Middle Ages. In its center, the centuries-old Diamond District houses thousands of diamond traders, cutters and polishers. Antwerp’s Flemish Renaissance architecture is typified by the Grote Markt, a central square in the old town.

    Nice but two cathedrals and a lot op photogrammetry not loading. The famous cranes and lots of other stuff look melted. What did i do wrong?

    Unfortunately like half of the city doesn't have photogrammetry using this addon, maybe there wasn't enough storage but I've seen other scenery makers provide extra files to extend the grammetry coverage

    Really excellent scenery - fantastic job.
    After the latest sim update, a number of buildings were at the wrong location.
    There is one problem left now. For some reason, there are now 2 cathedrals. The one from your scenery (=correct) and one from the sim placed on the 'Groenplaats' Somehow this is not suppressed ?

    I removed the POI part of the France Benelux update, it is in two seperate files one for the POI and an extra file for the autogen buildings churches and similar stuff, hoping for MS doing some sepair in the near future...
    Till then I will use city scenery from flightsim.to and download what I really want. The material on this site is often far better than what MS offers in the big package...

    Great job i wouldn't download it at first i thought it would slow down the sim but it works great.
    Thanks, that last update of fs2020 has placed an extra Cathedral on the groenplaats. A church in line with runway 11 has also been given a large tower

    I would like to learn this technique to create other cities or areas myself. Is there a tutorial eg on YouTube or a described procedure? Thank you.

    Dear, Thanks for your reply and the provided link to the YT tutorial. It’s exactly the link I was hoping and/or expected... Indeed, I used the tool and tried it already out some weeks ago, but my result(s) are not so sharp as yours and also the transitions with the existing Bing textures are not smooth. I was wondering which LOD options you used in the ‘decoder’. I used 17-19 as suggested in the link. I have also noticed that when using a LOD eg 19-21 the SDK does not load the textures (unknown). Also putting the generated scenery correctly in height is difficult; especially for airports where you have the runways. Also highways or main roads are not easy to integrate. Suggestions are welcome ...

    Amazing job, within the highway encircling the city, everything is very nicely detailed. Even the cathedral is very up to date, with the current scaffolding in place. I hope you will continue with the surrounding areas... Berchem, Deurne, Wilrijk, Borgerhout, Merksem... and the left bank of the river.
    But verything so far, very well done.
