PMDG Simulations 737
This mod currently only improves the animation frames on the 737 wingflex right now, does not alter the range or reactivity of the during rough air conditions.
This mod is currently experimental!

While this mod in theory only changes the animation frames for the wing flex (the only real change it makes is changing the lag values from 500 to 300 in the behaviours folder for each body type), in practice, this actually decreases the reactivity of the wing to aircraft movement and turbulence. The change in the lag values no longer make the wing "bounce" realistically at the right frequencies and reactivities when encountering turbulence, as those of us who have flown on 737NGs would have observed.
I will raise a ticket to the PMDG team in due course to enquire about whether it is possible to *only* change the frame rate of the wing animation while keeping the frequency and reactivity exactly the same. I rather suspect the answer is no.
The reason why the wing flex you observe in say the Fenix A320 and Asobo 787 is much smoother, is because they've compromised and reduced the reactivity of these wings, so they oscillate at much lower frequencies. Have a look at the Fenix A320's wings in turbulent conditions. They simply do not exhibit the same characteristics as their real-world counterparts do. While the animations are smooth, unfortunately they lack in the frequency and reactivity department.
Let us hope MSFS 2024 will bring more tools for our developers to accurately tune and implement realistic wing flex.
